All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping!

All packages are shipped via Royal Mail post from the UK. If the item is sent tracked, you will receive a tracking number!
Return Policy
Some official words on refunds/cancellations etc.
(First and foremost, please contact me as I can usually help with most requests, lost items, incorrect items, multi-shipping postage saving, signed items, cancellations etc.!)

Cancellation

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will help you to change the items you wish to replace.

Cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Cancellation of an order is not possible for orders that have already been shipped!

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the fault with the item is our error in which case you will be refunded the shipping cost as well!

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed. If for some reason you still have not been credited with the refund, please get in contact so the problem can be rectified.
